A quality charter ensuring a secure supply
The ELIOQUAL charter is a voluntary quality control process intended for installers and providers of PV modules. ELIOQUAL’s aim is to continuously ensure that the products purchased are of good quality and comply with their specifications.
For this, ELIOSYS conducts tests on all PV modules supplies by selecting a small batch per container.
ELIOQUAL is available in 3 versions to allow everyone access to quality, according to their budget.
ELIOQUAL* (one star) requires sampling 3 modules per batch of 800. It includes an administrative control step and an evaluation of the power performance as well as an electroluminescence analysis of the modules.
“I bought peak Watts! Are they really there?”
ELIOQUAL** (two star) requires sampling 3 modules per batch of 400. In addition to the ELIOQUAL* programme, an aging damp heat test is performed once a year.
“I bought peak Watts! Are they really there and is the module of good quality?”
ELIOQUAL*** (three star) requires sampling 5 modules per batch of 400. In addition to the elements of ELIOQUAL**, an aging test by thermal cycling (200) is added.
“I bought peak Watts! Are they really going to be there for long?”
The test report belong entirely to the purchaser, who will decide whether or not to publish them.
After having successfully pass the test sequence, ELIOSYS will issue a ELIOQUAL statement of conformity, generate a unique ID code and will put them online on its website.
